AK Steel cuts alloy surcharges for stainless steel products for April

It's reported that AK Steel announced to cut its alloy surcharges for stainless steel products for April.

After the adjustment, the company's alloy surcharges for 304 grades are at US$0.7686/lb., falling by 5.1% from US$0.8099/lb. for March; those for 201 grades are at US$0.5157/lb., down by 3% from US$0.5316/lb. for March; those for 316 grades are at US$1.0791/lb., decreasing by 5.6% from US$1.1427/lb. from March.

Meanwhile, the alloy surcharges for 430 grades are at US$0.2304/lb., higher than US$0.2153/lb. for March.
